Elevated Temperature Corrosion of Mechanical Properties and Fatigue Life of 7025 Aluminum Alloy

چکیده

Aluminum alloys are widely used in aircraft industry where good corrosion resistance, light weight and high strength the primary requirements. In present study, attempts have been made to extend application of mechanical fatigue properties AA7025 laboratory with corrosive environment media combined at elevated temperature (ET) 150⁰C. The experimental results analysis - behavior samples showed that 3.5%NaCl greatly decrease mentioned. Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS) Yield stress YS AA 7025 reduced by 5.3% 14.83% respectively due combine but these reduce 8.7% 19.35% actions (ET). Brinell hardness also 4.2% 11.26% only Ductility was increased 10.5% 16.25% for – significant effect on reduction life 7025. It’s clear combination safely compared room conditions.
